Baked in smaller batches, our homestyle Buttermilk & Aniseed rusks are locally made with stoneground flour, buttermilk and free-range eggs. They contain the licorice-tasting Aniseed for added texture and a distinctive flavour. The rusks are broken by hand, slowly dried and hand packed. A tasty rusk, great with tea or coffee. Suitable for Vegetarians (with milk & eggs).
