Our Beef Biltong Snapsticks are deliberately firm and dry, and the chew is part of their appeal. Cut into narrow strips and naturally air-dried, they take a little longer to eat, giving the rich, savoury biltong flavour time to develop as you chew.
Made in Western Australia from quality WA beef and traditionally seasoned, they are the sort of biltong you settle into rather than simply snack on. Bite into a piece, take your time, perhaps have a sip of beer, then go back for another.
We leave small pockets of fat on the beef for good reason. They bring extra richness and just a little moisture to the dry, firm meat, releasing more flavour as you bite and chew.
Bites are shorter and thinner, while Sticks are longer and more substantial.Available in Traditional, Chilli, Chilli Garlic and White Pepper
