Cape to Cairo uses 3rd party service providers to deliver all orders.

When you check out, you’ll offered either the choice to collect in-store or have it delivered. We will endeavour to find the most timeous and cost effective way to do so.

Delivery charges are calculated on the 3rd party service providers advertised rates and terms and conditions.

Once the order has been dispatched we will notify you by email of the tracking number and a link to view your delivery status.

If your order status says ‘Order being processed’, please contact the Customer Service team on +61(0)8 9204 5666 to confirm whether there might still be time for us to change or cancel your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed and dispatched for delivery.

You can track your order online, anytime by clicking on the ‘Track your order’ link in your order confirmation email or on the Cape to Cairo website simply by selecting the account dropdown at the top right of the page. Pending orders will be displayed within the dropdown.

If delivery is by way of Australia Post or a courier company, you will be provided a tracking number to allow you to continue to track your order online via the delivery agent’s website.

If you are still not having any luck tracing your parcel by either of the above-mentioned means, please contact us on +61 (0)8 9204 5666 or email info@capetocairo.com.auand we will endeavour to sort the issue timeously. Please Note:  Our Customer Service team operates during normal working hours:  09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday’s.

Circumstances permitting, we may cancel your order before delivery in whole or in part. The circumstances in which we may do so are set out under ‘Cancellation’ in our delivery terms and conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund you for the full amount for products returned with proof of purchase within 31 days of the purchase. Alternatively, an exchange for a purchase of similar value may be made.

If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of return delivery if Cape to Cairo is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product or Cape to Cairo has breached a consumer guarantee.

In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to visit your nearest Cape to Cairo store, where a member of our team will be able to assist you immediately.

Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund/exchange and the product must be in a saleable condition. Saleable condition is defined as: Within its use by or best before date and packaging is not damaged and in original condition.

If visiting a store is not convenient for you, or there is not a store near you, then please contact our Customer Service Team on +61(0)8 9204 5666 to discuss the available options. Please review our Customer Service team’s operating hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the State, the day of the week and the time of year.

In the event that your product must be returned please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at by ourselves.
